Course Overview
Inclusive public service is not a special programme — it is good governance. When service delivery excludes people systematically, it fails its mandate. This course explains why exclusion happens, how to identify it in your own work context, and what practical changes — in design, data, language, and conduct — produce more equitable outcomes.
Target Audience
All public servants, policy analysts, programme managers, HR staff
