Translate a high‑level strategy into actionable OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and a Balanced Scorecard.

Design a strategy communication and cascading plan to align teams and individuals.

Implement a quarterly strategic review process that uses leading indicators to decide when to persevere or pivot.
